REASONS TO CONSIDER A
MACK WARRANTY PLAN

• You may purchase a Mack Warranty up to 90 days prior to the end of the manufacturers warranty
• Mack plans may be purchased for any printer under $2500 including Sony, DNP, Sinfonia (Shinko), Hiti, Fujifilm, Mitsubishi and more
• Warranty may be purchased at Computing Designs Inc. even if you bought your printer elsewhere.
• Requesting service is as easy as calling a Mack 800 number or logging into your Mack account for authorization
• You may transfer ownership of this service contract to another person for a $20.00 administrative fee

FEATURES OF THE MACK WARRANTY PLAN

• guaranteed to operate properly according to manufacturer’s specifications for a period of 3 additional years from the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty or we shall repair same to operate properly.

• The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes warranted parts and labor for manufacturer defects).
• If the equipment can not be restored to manufacturer's specifications or is deemed by Mack, to be beyond economic repair or if the unit has been repaired 3 consecutive times for the same repair and it requires a 4th repair for the same problem, Mack may, at our discretion, replace your unit with an equivalent model of like kind and quality or refund you the current market value of your covered equipment
